We are self-taught sourdough bakers with a passion for honest craftsmanship – every loaf is baked by hand using spray-free flour from our family’s farm on the island of Salling. Each bite reflects quality, care, and a love for simple, authentic flavours.

Start your day with breakfast from 8:00 am, enjoy a barista-made coffee brewed with love, or create your own brunch or lunch board filled with our homemade treats.

Take a seat in our beautiful orangery and soak up the tranquil atmosphere with views of the surrounding green park – a place to slow down, savour the flavours, and enjoy the moment.
